Prior to making a major road trip to the south (TN), I wanted to get my car serviced. I typically frequent a shop closer to DC, that I've gone to for almost 10 years, so going to anyone else left me very skeptical. So I researched and read several customer reviews for 3 Brothers. I was sold when the common theme for each review was quality service, honesty/integrity, and reasonable/fair pricing.
Now I would like to add to that review list. At 3 Brothers, everyone was warm and friendly, you felt like a valued customer, they were timely, and most importantly the quality of the service was superb and very reasonable. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the Baltimore area looking for a new mechanic, particularily women, because they don't try to manipulate you and get over. They also educate you on what's wrong with your vehicle and why it needs to be fixed vs just telling you it needs to be fixed and it'll cost an arm and a leg.
Thank you for making the start of my road trip (holiday season) enjoyable.
