Arrived in Baltimore with brakes problems. Happen to find A1 via the internet. They were kind, courteous, and prompt to respond. They provided a towing service and even delivered my car to the hotel when the job was finished. Helped to make a stressful situation a lot easier. If visiting and need some help, these are the people to see.

I want to tell all who come to this site that I have been in about 3 or 4 predicaments with my old 94 Camry. Have talked with Paul who has been always very helpful and understanding. This is a letter of appreciation for the way that you treated me. I brought my 1995 to your repair shop after failing the 'oxides of nitrogen' part of the inspection. The care and the expertise that you and your auto mechanics showed to me was fantastic! The service was impeccable! You worked on my car until is would pass. I'm not going to be specific as not to create a presidence, but you did things that were above and beyond your responsibility in repairing my car. I live in Washington DC and travel the 35 miles each way in order to have 3 Brothers work on both of my cars. They are a AAA approved repair facility which is especially important since I purchased AAA extended warranties on my vehicles, so the work can be done at 3 Brothers and I only pay the deductible.I have been using 3 Brothers since 1997 when I worked in Baltimore. I have always found them to be professional, courteous and skilled. Estimates are always acurate and they are more than fair.Athough they are not the most conveniently located shop since I live so far away, it is well worth the trip to Baltimore to find an honest, talented shop.

I was visiting my son in Baltimore last week and needed to have the brakes check out on his car. I looked in the internet for a Firestone or Goodyear store but was not impressed with the reviews from their customers. I then found the Three Brothers website and noticed that their reviews were excellent. I called up the repair shop and made an appointment for that morning. I missed the shop on my first pass and to be honest on my way back when I found the garage I was a little apprehensive. I drove up to the front and there was Paul (manager) waving me in. Long story short...I could not have been more pleased and satisfied with the work performed, fair price, finished as promised and very hospitable. Thanks for a job well done.

The shop is owned by Paul Goeller and has a very knowledgeable and courteous staff. Paul keeps his place clean and orderly. They are a AAA approved auto repair facility which is not an easy approval to obtain. It is my understanding that only 2% of the shops in the U.S. could qualify for this approval. The approval requires that 250 of his customers be surveyed on questions about his shop and their work performed there. The shop must have a score of 90 or better out of 100 for each question.

Thank you so much for being considerate and patient with the repair of my beat up clunker of a car. You went above and beyond the call of normal service and tried your best to satisfy me as a new customer. I really appreciate that. I remember speaking with Paul about my impression of mechanics, and even likened them to lawyers, but thanks to you, my new perception is that there is such a thing as a fair mechanic, and i am glad I gave Three Brothers Auto Repair a visit. Recently you recieved a Buick Regal into your buisness that had problems with its brakes. The owner of the vehicle is Beverly Kelley, Chaplain here at our hospital. She and her daughter Robin had just dropped off a father and his daughter Erin at the McElderly House on McElderly Street as Erin is scheduled for an organ transplant at Johns Hopkins in the next couple of weeks. When they began their return trip to Michigan they discovered that their car had serious problems with its brakes. After making several calls to other auto repair shops Beverly called you and new quickly that your business was where she wanted her car to be towed. I want to recognize you and your employees for the outstanding care and service-above and beyond-that they received from you. Another story could possibly have been told as the two ladies were in an unfamiliar place completely vulnerable to a necessary repair to their car in order to make a safe return trip. You took them 'under your wing' and provided them care and attention as if they were family. In addition, the after service follow up by calling them later in the day of their departure while they were on the road to be sure that everything was alright and that the brakes were functioning as they should in itself demonstrates the outstanding quality of your customer service. Today there are far too many small business owners who are focused only on how much they can make from each customer. You not only charged a fair and reasonable price for your repair service but also gave them outstanding customer service. You are an outstanding example of what honesty and sincere appreciation of a customer means in business today. We were headed to North Carolina to see my brother-in-law who is very ill, when our car stopped on I-95 near Baltimore. Our veh was towed to your shop as a AAA approved shop. We were not sure what to expect, being out of state. You guys were able to get us a great great rate at a local hotel, and you drove us there and picked us up. The damage to our veh. was minor. Paul and every member of his shop deserve an A+ in customer service. They are always courteous and professional. His mechanics are thorough and will leave no stone unturned to find the source of a problem and remedy it. I'll be taking my jeep there as long as I have her.

My family has been in the industry for 73 years, and I've been around it for all 25 of my years. Paul is the kind of supremely honest businessman I didn't know still exists. In addition to just being genuinely friendly and accommodating, Paul made sure my job was done very quickly. He made sure I knew everything that was going on with the vehicle -- both what needed to be done, and what could wait for some other time. Every employee I met had a true understanding of customer service. I enthusiastically give Three Brothers my highest recommendation -- to the point that I left with several business cards to give to friends. Now I just have to find a shop like this in Boston.

A-1 runs its business the way it should be - honestly and efficiently. It didn't take very long to get my inspection done and they even took care of a quickie repair on my tire for free. The friendly staff will take care of you promptly and they don't try to sell you on unnecessary "repairs" while you wait.

Finding a reliable mechanic when you move to a new city is usually hit-or-miss, challenging and stressful. Not with A1 Auto Three Brothers Car Repair!! I was so thrilled to find this shop when I moved to Baltimore; their prices (both labor and parts) are competitively affordable, they work quickly, professionally, and the customer service is exceptional. I would recommend Paul and his crew to anyone in the Baltimore area!

AAA recommended Three Brothers as the closest repair shop open on a Saturday. They knew I was just passing through and yet they treated me like a regular customer. This is my second time there and I am still 100% completely satisfied with the work that was proposed and the work that was completed. Their prices for service and labor are very reasonable. They kept me in the loop every step of the way. They took the time to show me the problem(s) (i.e, why I was experiencing "that noise") and involved me in the solution(s). Prior to making a major road trip to the south (TN), I wanted to get my car serviced. I typically frequent a shop closer to DC, that I've gone to for almost 10 years, so going to anyone else left me very skeptical. So I researched and read several customer reviews for 3 Brothers. I was sold when the common theme for each review was quality service, honesty/integrity, and reasonable/fair pricing. Now I would like to add to that review list. At 3 Brothers, everyone was warm and friendly, you felt like a valued customer, they were timely, and most importantly the quality of the service was superb and very reasonable. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the Baltimore area looking for a new mechanic, particularly women, because they don't try to manipulate you and get over. They also educate you on what's wrong with your vehicle and why it needs to be fixed vs just telling you it needs to be fixed and it'll cost an arm and a leg.
